SHIPPING DETAILS

We offer complimentary registered express shipping for all orders over AUD$500.

All AGALILUNA jewellery pieces are handmade in Europe. Customers should expect shipment of in-stock jewellery pieces within 7-14 days. For items out-of-stock or pieces requiring a little more TLC in design/setting, customers should expect a shipment period of up to 4-6 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

Pieces are shipped via FedEx or USPS, with Insurance covering your order based upon the value of each piece. We take exchanges only for a size substitute within a week of delivery.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Customer service is of utmost important to us so if you need a piece by a specific date please contact studio@agaliluna.com before you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your item is shipped, you will be sent tracking information, as a signature is required upon delivery. AGALILUNA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in a return transit.

Duties and Taxes (International only)

AGALILUNA is not responsible for any VAT, Customs, Duties and Taxes applied to your order.  These are imposed during or after shipping and are the responsibility of the customer. For any queries please contact customercare@agaliluna.com

RETURN POLICY

  • Because all pieces are made to order, all orders are final sale. Refunds and returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake on our part. We do not accept returns as all jewellery pieces are handmade to order; however, there are certain exemptions to this, If you believe you qualify for an exemption, please email customercare@agaliluna.com
  • In the case of a repair or damaged piece, we do not refund shipping costs and will cover damages up to a week of delivery. If we believe the item was intentionally damaged or misused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return.
  • AGALILUNA is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

OUR PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIME

Some AGALILUNA Jewellery pieces are hand made to order. This means that each piece is unique and made especially for you. Please consult the estimate provided on each individual product listing for specific production turnaround times relevant to each piece. If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible and to avoid any disappointment. Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Please note that turnaround times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay. PACKAGING

All purchases arrive in the signature AGALILUNA packaging.
